Dylan Cadwalader brings decades of real estate and legal experience to his work, with hands-on involvement in buying, rehabbing, developing, and managing apartment communities and hotels since 1995. Educated in Boston, where he completed both college and law school, Dylan is also a licensed contractor and has called St. Augustine home since 2011.
A New York City native, Dylan has lived everywhere from Philadelphia to Boston before settling in St. Augustine. Married to his wife, Geri, since 1994, he’s a proud father of four and grandfather of two who enjoys growing edible plants, building everything from furniture to treehouses, raising livestock, spending time outdoors, and reading and writing.
